You may be asking yourself what does a Transformational Mindset and Trauma-Informed Coach do?

Well, it’s a great question!

Life coaching is different to counselling and some other therapies, as it focuses on taking small actionable steps to move closer towards what you want. As your Coach, I will listen patiently and will guide you to identify your limiting beliefs and negative self-talk to find the best version of yourself and achieve your authentic happiness. I refer to Trauma-Informed Coach as a coach with skills and experience to help clients who have done the deep trauma work previously and are now ready to grow further with me into an improved place. We all experience some form of trauma, suffering, difficulties or inequalities; but I believe we all have the answers within us to heal and transform.

How Life Coaching Works

During the coaching journey I actively listen to you in a non-judgemental style and ask empowering questions to raise your awareness. Through coaching we will work together at your pace to find the root of your beliefs, any negative habits, thoughts or obstacles whilst learning to discard any unhelpful attributes. Think of it as peeling back the layers of an onion to find the root cause and what is holding you back from achieving your potential. I will share useful tools and techniques which will set you up for the rest of your life.

The sessions can either be carried out in the comfort of my home in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands or virtually via Zoom or Skype. All sessions are confidential and approached with compassion. 

Each client is unique and there is much respect and understanding to take the journey at your own pace in your own time. That is why to begin with, we schedule an informal telephone call to determine if coaching is right for you and if you feel I am the right coach for you.
